Are the creditors going to come after me for credit debt?

I studied abroad for a year in England, and had a credit card issued from a British bank. I had 1 pound in balance on my card (that’s like $2.00 USD). I’ve been back in the States for a year, and the interest is slowly building up, like a few cents each month, and it’s like $2.50 now. I haven’t paid it yet. Will the bank hand their file to a credit card debt agency and will they come after something as low as $2.50???

I just turned 22 and I want to rebuild my credit. I got into a bunch of debt (approx 6-8k) when I was 18 and I owe several creditors but I am not sure who all I owe and what the amount is. I have no idea where to start but I am just now starting to save my money to pay this off.

How do you consolidate credit card debt if you do not own a home?

I owe about $12,000 in credit card debt and I wanted to make that my year’s goal to pay it off, but a lot of the websites I find require that you own a home, or charge a huge interest for someone to “negotiate” with your creditors to bring down interest. Does anyone know of a good resource where I can just consolidate the debt and make one reasonable payment?

are you supposed to pay your credit card bill in full every time?

I have heard a few different theories regarding building your credit using a credit card…I have paid off my credit card IN FULL every time the bill is due. Some people tell me that if I just pay more then the minimum payment, but less than the full amount, your credit looks better and builds faster. Other people tell me to pay in full no matter what and if you don’t pay in full every month your credit looks really bad.

Any creditors out there that can offer me some advice?
