I think this person needs to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Then employers can not discreminate against you. Also maybe you should hired Lexington Law and dispute the negative information. This woman should go back to the employment agency and ask for another assignment.

This is clearly a form of discrimination. All forms of discrimination are illegal. Why go through training and education to get a good paying job if you loose out due to credit history. Firing somone or being denied a job due to bad credit should be made illegal.
