You must have no interest AND no payments until June.
Keep an eye on the statements. If there is a payment required, make it. Otherwise, they’ll go back to the beginning and charge you interest for the whole time.

No it means that you not be charged interest until June, you still must make the monthly payment hopefully in full.

You should make the payment in full, my friend. Don’t get into the habit of delaying payments. I personally advise against credit cards, since they exist to make banks rich. However if you must have one (or you think you must), then be sure to pay the balance in full at least two business days before the payment due date, or you’ll be paying interest on your balance as do the majority of Americans.

You pay monthly for any charges made. You’ll get a bill.
