don’t be afraid of there giddar dhamkiya. they can’t even touch you without police intervention.
However best id to pay them back asap.

HI,
They cannot do anything but to just threaten you. Even I’ve been in this situation. Nothing to worry, even there cant be anythin legally done unless the court orders to do somethin. It’ll be done only when you miss 7 or 8 summons to attend the hearing in court. Ask me if u hav any doubts to clarify.

Better pay the available amount n tell them your programme of settlement…..to avoid the problems.
