You can go on your credit card website and at the point where you choose to pay online, click on “add new account” and put in your parents’ checking account, then choose that account for the credit card to withdraw a payment from. Of course you can show the steps to your mom and she can do it herself if she prefers.

It depends on whether or not you want them to have acess to your password. If you do, just set up a new bank account or debit number with their info and they can log on and pay. If not, get the banking information for them and set it up as a one time payment using either a debit card or checking account.

Have you opted out of actual paper mailings when being billed? If not, just let them send their check in, they can write in the memo for “you” and the account number. No need to have their private account number online. If you opted out of paper statements, let them know you need them now.
