You may try the site below. There are others available also, if you look up “Credit and Debt Counseling” through your local Better Business Bureau….www.bbb.org
By the way, if they are harassing you, you can request that they stop calling you and only communicate by US Mail. Tell them the calls are inconvenient. If they refuse to honor your request, then you can sue them for a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Then it would be they who owed you, not the other way around.
