It is illegal for the credit beauro's to report any credit what so ever on a minor. So you can file disputes will the three major credit reporting agencies... Transunion Experian and Equifax.... Once you file a dispute on those credit card debts they have 30 days to prove that the debt is yours, if the credit card companies can't prove it then they MUST remove it from your credit... Just simply state these debt('s) do not belong to me and there is no way they could be associated with me due to the fact that the date they were established I was a minor. Your parents have an obligation to not only care for you, but also to show you right from wrong, and to protect you. They've only done 1 out of these 3 things. Parents don't do this to their children. BTW, the only way to clear up your credit report will be to go through the ID theft route. Otherwise, your credit will be screwed for a good few more years. You can either pay these debts, or you can turn in your parents.

At this point, you either have to **** it up, work on keeping your credit clean from this point on, so you will have a clean credit history a few years down the road, or report a case of identity theft which will help clean up your credit a lot faster but get your parents in trouble.
