Morgan asked:

i have a bank account but no credit/debt card. i want to buy a virgin mobile cell phone because im 16 and its no contract, and you have to pay with paypal or credit/debt card. i was wondering if you can pay a bill with paypal and if it can just take money directly out of your bank account to pay a bill.

Yep, that’s one really nice thing about paypal. when u set up your account, they will make you link your paypal account to a checking account. When you do this, you will be able to withdraw money from this account straight into or from your paypal account. Once it’s in paypal, you can buy the phone.

You need to be 18 to have your own PayPal account. You can open a Student PayPal Account, and your parents would have to be on the account as well.

Yes, they can take the funds from your bank account AFTER you have verified your bank account with PayPal.
