I haven’t needed checks until now as I’ve just been able to pay my bills online, but my credit card company charges a fee for paying over the phone or online, so I will need to pay my bill using a check.

    i would change credit cards, as most do not charge fee to do on line, in fact i dont know of any.
    Just send the starter check in, i dont think they’re refuse it.
