About 5 months ago I paid off all of my outstanding debt (credit cards, overdue bills, medical bills, etc…) I now want to purchase a new home. How can I raise my credit score so that I can get a great quote on a mortgage loan?

I have about $10,000 in credit debt on 3 credit cards. I don’t know much about loans so can you walk me through the process? Would I be better off just paying the loan? How does this work?

Lenders……. Id say that once you have paid 3 times what you originally borrowed …. then you should be out of debt. But NOT with revolving credit …… I see way too many people being allowed to borrow more than they should and for frivalous purposes. And when People go Bankrupt …. we wind up getting to foot the Bill By escalating Prices…… Agree or Disagree?
